Alexandra and Samara run the kind of practice most brokers don't: full service, end to end, with two brokers on every file and a team that handles the parts of the process most agents leave for their clients. They serve buyers, sellers, downsizers, and newcomers across Westmount, NDG, Côte-Saint-Luc, Hampstead, Côte-des-Neiges, TMR, the West Island, Downtown, and the Sud-Ouest, neighbourhoods where they grew up, raised families, and built their careers.
Samara Wigdor
Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker
Samara has been a Montreal real estate broker for over sixteen years, with a background in finance and a consultative approach that treats every transaction as a real decision, not just a deal to close. She specializes in working with sellers across Westmount, NDG, Côte-Saint-Luc, Hampstead, Côte-des-Neiges, and TMR, neighbourhoods where she’s spent her entire career and where most of her listings sell to buyers from a network she’s built over more than a decade.
She holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which reflects something she’d been doing for years anyway: guiding long-term homeowners through the financial, legal, and emotional realities of selling the family home and finding the right next chapter.

Alexandra Fattal
Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker
Alexandra has spent over a decade in real estate, but her path through the industry is unusual. Before becoming a broker, she worked across property development, construction, and real estate management. By the time she got her broker’s licence, she’d already seen buildings from the structural side, the financial side, and the day-to-day operational side.
She holds residential and commercial brokerage credentials and a BA from McGill. The combination shows up in how she works: when she walks through a home with a client, she’s not just looking at finishes. She’s reading the bones. She works in English and French, across condos, single-family homes, townhouses, and commercial properties across neighbourhoods including Westmount, Le Sud-Ouest, Côte-des-Neiges, Centre Ville, and Vieux-Montréal (Old Montreal).
Her clients describe her the same way over and over: warm, calm, responsive, and patient enough to walk a first-time buyer through the basics or a seasoned investor through a seventh transaction. Many of them come back. Outside the work, Alexandra is married with kids and deeply rooted in the Westmount community.
Sandra Meshoulam
Executive Assistant
Sandra has been part of the practice for six years, first as an admin, briefly as a licensed broker, and now as the operational backbone of everything we do. With a psychology degree from the Université de Montréal and fluency in four languages including English and French, she brings the kind of calm under pressure that makes complicated transactions feel less complicated.
Sandra is the reason clients describe working with us as streamlined. She’s also the reason we sleep at night.
